Hi Ted. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. I understand you 100% It seems that "Talent areas" don´t have good tools and criteria to identify good talent. Is the Applicant tracking system really working? I don´t think so. You will do it again ! An entrepreneur is a great intrapreneur in every company !
